Description
Preserved sphagnum moss is an essential material for all professionals in botanical decoration. Appreciated for its soft, airy, and natural appearance, it offers an organic and refined finish to all your floral creations. Thanks to a 100% natural stabilisation process, it retains its flexibility, fluffy texture, and authentic colour—without requiring any maintenance.
With its subtle, deep green hue, sphagnum moss brings volume, freshness, and contrast to floral compositions, green walls, or glass dome arrangements. It pairs beautifully with:
- Preserved Pole moss to create volume and contrast
- Diosmi, which adds a touch of blooming foliage
- Ferns in all their variations: davalia, sertularia, argyrea...
It is also widely used in DIY creations, event decor, or shop window displays, offering a raw yet elegant look. This new variety of moss perfectly complements the Phocealys range of preserved mosses: flat moss, Pole moss, Provence moss, fern moss... Soft, lightweight, and easy to work with, it adapts to all types of surfaces and containers. Whether you’re a floral designer, decorator, or simply passionate about plant-based design, stabilised sphagnum moss is the finishing touch that elevates your ideas while remaining natural and sustainable.

General recommendations
Stabilised plants are 100% natural. They can only be exposed inside. They require no maintenance, no watering and no special light. They keep their freshness and flexibility for several years. A few tips to keep your stabilised plants looking fresh:
- Handle the plants with care and delicacy (natural plants are therefore fragile).
- Avoid rooms with a relative humidity of over 80%. Use these products in interiors where the temperature is not lower than 10°C.
- Avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature.
- Avoid placing stabilised plants directly in front of air conditioning.
